System Prep
Use our System Prep tool below to confirm that your computer settings are optimized for best use of DiCentral software and webforms.
The System Prep tool automatically does the following:
- Checks for .NET framework and downloads the installer if the version requirements are not met.
- Adds DiCentral to the "Trusted sites" zone in Internet Explorer.
- Adjusts security settings for the "Trusted sites" Zone to meet the requirements of the .NET Web software
System Requirements
These are the complete hardware/software requirements for using DiCentral's services:
- Processor
Recommended: 3GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent AMD processor
- System Memory
Recommended: 2+GB
- Monitor
1280 x 1024 display resolution with 32-bit colors
- Operating System
Recommended: Microsoft Windows 8 or 7
- Internet Browser
Internet Explorer, versions 11, 10, 9, 8
Mozilla Firefox, versions 25+
- Internet Connection
Recommended: Broadband
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or greater (for our .NET login) or Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (for our legacy login)
