DiCentral Expands Web-Hosted EDI Solution
DiWeb now comes with a QuickBooks-compatible solution for EDI integration
Houston, September 16, 2010 – DiCentral, a global leader in supply chain and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions and application advancements, today announces the addition of a simplified integration tool to its web-hosted solution available free of charge. With this unique capability, QuickBooks users can process EDI invoices instantly and reduce redundant manual entries.
DiWeb‘s expanded capability allows integration with QuickBooks, while providing the visibility and accuracy that is standard to DiCentral’s services. In addition, DiWeb can now tie directly into the user’s QuickBooks application for customized exporting of data, while item list names in QuickBooks are mapped for EDI invoice compatibility, resulting in automatic population of fields in the accounting application.
The advantages extended to QuickBooks users include reduction in manual data rekeying and duplicate data entry, prevention of manual data entry errors, and the assurance that invoice data is accurate and validated before exporting to QuickBooks.
