PRESS RELEASE

DiCentral Executive Eric Braswell Recognized by CRN as Channel Chief for Third Consecutive Year

Houston, TX, February 22, 2010 — DiCentral Corporation today announced that Eric Braswell has been named a 2010 Channel Chief by Everything Channel’s CRN. Channel Chiefs are leaders in creating effective channel programs for solution providers. They consistently defend, promote and execute effective channel partner programs and strategies.

The Channel Chiefs were chosen by Everything Channel’s editors on criteria including policy and program innovations made during the past year, the amount of revenue their company generates through partners, their willingness to speak out publicly on behalf of the channel, and the number of years they have dedicated to channel activities. Because of such contributions, and with an increasing commitment to the success of its partners, Braswell has grown DiCentral’s channel program, DiChannels, to include over 300 partners in 2010.

“Eric has successfully created a network of valued partners and resellers, and provided leadership in collaborating with the major ERP platforms serving the supply chain,” said Thuy Mai, DiCentral’s founder and CEO. “In addition, he has established a strong ‘channels culture,’ helping to provide the outstanding attention our clients, partners, and resellers receive from our employees. As a result, everyone involved recognizes that we are all on the same team and committed to mutual success.”

“Being named a Channel Chief is one of the most prestigious honors in the IT industry. This year’s Channel Chiefs offers tremendous insight into the who’s who of the Channel,” said Kelley Damore, VP, Editorial Director, Everything Channel. “Top channel executives consistently ensure that the Channel’s voice is heard when strategic decisions are being made and continually nurture mutually profitable relationships. We applaud the 2010 Channel Chiefs for their successful partner programs and strategies.”

With Braswell’s leadership, DiCentral has won CRN magazine’s Gold 5-Star Partner Program twice, 4 Silver Stars, and CRN magazine’s Top Emerging Technology company awards 2008 and 2009.
