To access the Help Files, simply click on the Help tab at the top of your mailbox screen. Once inside the help section you will find a list of topics on the left side of the screen.

The first topic, Quick Start, includes several categories. For those clients who are new to DiCentral, this section should be reviewed to ensure optimal setup, system requirements, and screen settings. For all of our clients, this section offers details on various EDI documents, administrative functions, and account customization. By visiting this section of the Help Files, you may find features in your mailbox that you have overlooked in the past.

The next topics in the help section provide options available on EDI documents such as Advance Ship Notices and Purchase Orders.

The last topic, Troubleshooting, provides easy solutions to potential problems that could arise with your mailbox. Issues concerning EDI document display, form updates, and screen settings can be resolved quickly and easily by reviewing this section.
