2007 has been an exciting year for DiCentral. We have just about doubled our team of talented and dedicated professionals to support the significant growth of our customer base.
Much of our success can be attributed to our dedicated employees, satisfied partners, and loyal customers (97% of whom said in a recent study that they would refer DiCentral to others). In order to meet the growing needs of our customers and partners, we have increased investments in research and development to add new features to our existing offerings and to roll out new applications such as DiAnalyst and DiMetrics. I want to thank you, our customers and partners, for your valuable suggestions and guidance in making our suite of supply-chain and EDI data integration solutions more robust and effective.

DiCentral In China
DiCentral recently traveled to China with Academy Sports + Outdoors, one of our valuable retailers. In China, we offered our support to our current vendors by attending several EDI seminars hosted by Academy. We also reached out to the non-EDI vendor community to show them the ease of becoming EDI compliant. Among the areas visited in China were Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.
Additionally we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Dongguan, China. Located just outside of Hong Kong, the new office will extend the company’s sales, marketing, and technical support capabilities to better service manufacturing customers and strategic partners throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim. At DiCentral™, our goal is to deliver reliable service to every client. Our technologically advanced programs lessen the need for technical assistance. However, our support team does receive calls on occasion for issues that are easily resolved. Below are a few common questions.
How can I monitor my monthly Kilobyte activity?
Your DiCentral account’s monthly fee is based on your anticipated and actual monthly kilobyte usage; therefore you may find it useful to track your kilobyte usage month to month. DiCentral provides on–demand charts and graphs showing your monthly and yearly kilobyte usage. If you can anticipate unusually slow or heavy traffic for a coming month or season, you can adjust your monthly DiCentral subscription plan at least 30 days in advance. To access your kilobyte activity report, go to your DiCentral account’s Options tab, then select Activity Report > Kbytes Used.
I just viewed a new file that I received and now I can’t find it anymore.
The EDI documents in your DiCentral inbox and outbox are displayed by yearly quarters, defaulted to the current quarter. On the first day of a new quarter, the previous quarter’s documents are no longer visible until you select the link for that previous quarter. Under your company name the yearly quarters are listed. Clicking on these quarter links will allow you to access all of your EDI documents from the past year.
If you’re having difficulty locating a particular document from the list, the Search filter allows you to sort large numbers of documents by specified criteria or to locate a particular document. The Search filter allows you to search by Document Type, Sender (From), Store Number, Status, Date, and Document ID Number. The number of criteria you place on the search is your choice.
Yearly Quarters— Selecting the specific quarter link allows you to access EDI documents from past year
Search Filter— Allows you to sort large numbers of documents by specified criteria
How can we add trading partners to our account?
To add trading partners, go to your Dicentral account’s Add Trading Partner tab. Select the trading partner from the list, then confirm. Upon your confirmation, you will receive an email notification from DiCentral. You will also receive communication from us during the set up process. It’s that easy!
