From The CEO
At DiCentral, customer satisfaction is our main focus. There are many EDI providers on the market, and while we are glad you have chosen us to take care of your EDI, DiCentral is always looking for ways to improve our level of service to the businesses we work with. We take many steps to understand our customers' needs and issues, both to make certain we are providing the best support available and to help our users get the most from their partnership with us.
Recently DiCentral conducted a survey of all our current customers. Based on the responses we received, DiCentral is proud to have achieved a 98.7% satisfaction rating among our users. While this number certainly gives us a sense that we are on the right track, we know there are still many things we can do to improve our level of service to all our partners. If you have a need we could fill, or if you have suggestions for the way our system works, please contact us and let us know. After all, as the end user of our service, you are an integral part of our company. We take comments and suggestions very seriously, and as we move forward, we want to ensure the same quality and service you have come to expect from DiCentral.
DiCentral is glad to provide easy, efficient service to each of our customers. If you have a suggestion for us, or would like to see a product that would help your company succeed, please let us know. We are glad to have your business.

DiCentral helps JCPenney Vendors Maintain EDI Compliance
In their continuing efforts to create and maintain the best EDI solution available, DiCentral has always made a commitment to help their customers understand all the complex rules and standards of their supplier/retailer connections. JCPenney and DiCentral have been working together since 2001, and the relationship between these two companies is an excellent example of how an EDI company can make the difference between being merely a service provider, and providing outstanding service.
Recently DiCentral attended the JCPenney Vendor Compliance seminar, held in East Rutherford, New Jersey, On April 20th, 2006. Representing DiCentral at the seminar were Peter Edlund, Director of Business Development, Carl Padovano, Projects Manager, and Amy Tran and Anh Ngo, Systems Engineers. Attending this conference allowed DiCentral to stay up to date on all the latest changes in business protocols for JCPenney, which in turn gives DiCentral the chance to keep their JCPenney customers updated and knowledgeable of any changes JCPenney may have made.
The presence of DiCentral’s core engineers at the seminar illustrated that, as DiCentral continues to grow and expand their services and product line, they are doing so with their customers in mind. DiCentral has developed mission critical software for use with JCPenney’s requirements, and having the engineers in attendance gave DiCentral the opportunity to see what customers are dealing with on a regular basis.
DiCentral learned important information regarding JCPenney’s 2006 Initiatives, along with new policies for Accounts Payable and Supplier Scorecards. Perhaps the most important part of the session, according to Peter Edlund, was the Question and Answer session provided at the end of the seminar. “Hearing from the suppliers about their daily struggles and EDI issues, and hearing the responses from JCPenney, gave us a real insight into what problems DiCentral is already addressing, as well as what we need to work on for the future,” Edlund said.
DiCentral has helped numerous suppliers get on board with JCPenney, and the number is steadily growing, due in part to sales and support staff staying aware of how JCPenney is changing their business year to year. “JCPenney wants all of their EDI partners to be caught up, and seminars like these demonstrate their commitment to that fact,” Edlund added. “By attending, we can help our existing and future customers to get into the system as painlessly as possible.”
When asked why customers trust DiCentral with their JCPenney EDI accounts, Peter Edlund was very quick to answer. “We take care of our customers. We attend seminars like these to gain insight into the changing needs of both retailers and suppliers. When a supplier chooses to outsource their EDI with DiCentral, we make a commitment to them. And with more and more customers requesting a connection with JCPenney, our task becomes even more important. Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority.”

DiCentral is proud of our commitment to our customers' needs, and we take many steps to ensure your service is the best it can be. It is in the interest of our company and all our customers that we stay aware of any changes or additions in business requirements, and DiCentral works to make sure we keep our customers pleased with the service we offer. Recently DiCentral attended several seminars held by major retailers to gain a greater understanding of what changes in policy may be affecting our customers.
DiCentral recently took part in the Dillard’s Vendor Compliance Seminar, held April 18-20 at the Marriot Las Colinas in Irving TX, in an effort to stay on top of the retailer’s business requirements. Adi Zarhy, one of DiCentrals’ Business Development Directors, was in attendance for the whole event. “Dillard’s and DiCentral have a very good, stable, and open relationship,” Zarhy said. “Dillard’s is a technology-oriented company, and DiCentral fits nicely into that equation. We deliver clean, correct 856, 810, and 832 data for Dillard’s customers, and we try every day to provide exceptional service.”
Adi, along with DiCentral’s Stacey Kunz, also attended the first annual Genesco Vendor Conference, held at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, California on April 25th & 26th. There they were exposed to an inside look at Genesco’s Supply Chain process, and heard from the major shoe retailer on many important topics pertaining to Genesco’s suppliers.
Stacey Kunz, a Sales Manager for DiCentral, explained that DiCentral has steps in place for any size supplier: “For smaller vendors, we hope to demonstrate DiCentral as the most flexible and cost-effective solution available to them, and for larger vendors who have EDI experience, we will focus on simplifying the current EDI process and cutting costs for both the vendor and Genesco.”
