In keeping with that philosophy, DiCentral is pleased to announce several new features that will help your company stay on top of the game.
On Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time, DiCentral will provide online training sessions for our customers, free of charge. Should you choose to attend, you will be given a front row seat to our latest tools and solutions. You will have the chance to ask questions concerning your current account. Also, by attending these sessions you will be given the opportunity to communicate with our other customers, so that you may experience our service on a global level. We will soon also have a live operator monitoring the website. This operator will be able to answer any questions you may have about our latest features.

DiCentral: Swiss Army Versatility at an Affordable Price
Wagner of Switzerland produces some of the most innovative, unique, and original items in the marketplace. Partnered with Victorinox, the legendary creators of the Swiss Army Knife, Wagner has consistently worked toward the future, with designs that make other devices in the same field seem obsolete by comparison.
The Swiss Pen features a Fisher writing cartridge, a pressurized ink system that allows the user to write upside down, underwater, or at any number of strange angles. However, the true genius lies within; the pen contains a knife, nail file, screwdriver and a pair of scissors.
The Swiss Jewel contains a blend of pure Swiss essential aromatherapy oils, and a genuine leather pen-glove adding glamour & protection. The Swiss Wallet,made of anodized aluminum, can hold 1 to 5 business cards, and also contains a money clip.
Wagner came to DiCentral early last year with a severe need for a good EDI solution. Dishanya Weerasinha, Sales and Marketing Executive for Wagner of Switzerland, said that “When we (Wagner) started looking for EDI, we didn't know where to begin. An independent consultant set us up with a well known service, but we still felt we weren't getting the complete picture, nor the best service. Also, the setup cost and maintenance fees seemed unreasonably high."
An email was forwarded to Dishanya from a business associate: “When we called (DiCentral), we were pleased at how nice and knowledgeable everyone was. They took the time to explain in layman's terms how their system works, and once their solution was explained to us, it all made sense. Everytime you call, you get to speak to a human, not a phone system, and if you leave a message, you actually get a call back! Amazing!”

DiCentral was in Las Vegas March 19th-22nd to attend the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) convention. This gathering of more than 500 IWLA members was a unique chance for DiCentral to demonstrate our capabilities for the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) community. While DiCentral has previously proven our versatility in other avenues, the 3PL environment requires speed and flexibility, two areas DiCentral has always excelled in.
DiCentral also attended the Vendor Compliance Federation (VCF) convention March 20th - March 22nd in Florida. While participating in numerous hot-button discussions concerning all aspects of supply chain management, DiCentral was also able to present our solution to the plentiful VCF member companies at the convention.
