That’s Bob Fritz, IT manager for Denver based Bonakemi USA Inc., a Swedish hardwood floor finishing manufacturer, talking about DiCentral’s customer service.

Fritz ‘s company provides hardwood floor finishes to contractors and retailers worldwide.

“We were trying to find a better alternative to the EDI service providers we’d been using,” says Fritz. “We found DiCentral through the Internet. Their Web site offers all kinds of information about the services they provide and how they do things.”

Frtiz decided to use DiCentral’s service with one of his retail customers.
